
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 pc brie wheel
- phyllo sheets nuts if desired
Instructions
- Layer phyllo, brushing with melted butter between each sheet.
- Remove rind from top of brie and put in center of layered phyllo sheets. Spread cranberrries over top of brie. Can add chopped hazelnuts, walnuts or pecans if desired.
- Bring corners of phyllo over brie leaving center uncovered.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is golden.
