Ingredients
- 1 cup BC cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 round brie cheese
- 1 pc baguette sliced
- 1 pinch cayenne
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan on medium heat add cranberries, sugar, water, cayenne, sea salt, andcornstarch. Stir well until combined and cook until thickened and then set aside and cool.
- Meanwhile, wrap the brie cheese in tinfoil and grill until melted about five minutes. When the brie is done, then grill the baguette slices.
- Place the brie cheese on grilled baguette slices then top with delicious BC cranberry sauce.
