Cranberry Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 2 1⁄2 cup grated old cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries finely chopped
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 pc green onion finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Soften cream cheese, and add all other ingredients except the nuts. Mix well, and form into a ball.
  • Chop nuts finely and roll the cheeseball into the nuts.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Better if made the day before you serve this. Delicious with crackers.
