Ingredients
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 2 1⁄2 cup grated old cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries finely chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 pc green onion finely minced
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese, and add all other ingredients except the nuts. Mix well, and form into a ball.
- Chop nuts finely and roll the cheeseball into the nuts.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Better if made the day before you serve this. Delicious with crackers.
