Cranberry Chutney
- 2 cup cranberries
- 1 cup dark raisins
- 1 cup candied cherries
- 1 cup brown sugar- lightly packed
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp mustard, ginger powder, cinnamon
- makes 3 cups
Heat to boil, simmer for 15 minutes. Seal in sterile container or refrigerate for maximum 2 weeks.
