Cranberry Brie in Phyllo
- 1 ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 pc brie wheel
- phyllo sheets nuts if desired
Layer phyllo, brushing with melted butter between each sheet. Remove rind from top of brie and put in center of layered phyllo sheets. Spread cranberrries over top of brie. Can add chopped hazelnuts, walnuts or pecans if desired. Bring corners of phyllo over brie leaving center uncovered. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is golden.
