Cranberry Brie on Grilled Baguette
- 1 cup BC cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 round brie cheese
- 1 pc baguette sliced
- 1 pinch cayenne
In a medium sauce pan on medium heat add cranberries, sugar, water, cayenne, sea salt, andcornstarch. Stir well until combined and cook until thickened and then set aside and cool. Meanwhile, wrap the brie cheese in tinfoil and grill until melted about five minutes. When the brie is done, then grill the baguette slices. Place the brie cheese on grilled baguette slices then top with delicious BC cranberry sauce.
