Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries finely chopped
  • 2 pc fully ripe avocados, halved, pitted, diced
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes seeded, finely chopped
  • 1 pc mango peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl gently toss ingredients just until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
  • Serve with tacos and tortilla chips.
