Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cranberries finely chopped
- 2 pc fully ripe avocados, halved, pitted, diced
- 1 cup Roma tomatoes seeded, finely chopped
- 1 pc mango peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp chopped jalapeno pepper
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl gently toss ingredients just until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve with tacos and tortilla chips.
