Ingredients
- 1 pc whole-grain flatbread, or thin pizza crust
- 3 to 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 2 serv orange-cranberry chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 pc pear, thinly sliced
- 1 pc light brie cheese, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190°C).
- Place flatbread on parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Top with cranberry sauce, orange-cranberry chicken, and pear.
- This recipe can be served for dinner, or sliced into triangles – perfect for appetizers.
