Ingredients
- 1 pack frozen puff pastry
- 1 wheel triple cream brie
- 1 cup homemade cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup spiced pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Thaw the puff pasty dough, but not completely. You want it to be a bit firmer.
- With a sharp knife, cut the sheets into 3x3 inch squares. Press each square into a muffin tin and prick with a fork a few times so it doesn’t puff too much. Cube the brie and place each cube into the centre of each puff pastry square.
- Top brie with freshly made cranberry sauce. Top with spiced pecans pieces.
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes until corners are nicely browned.
